What a very troublesome thing to make despite how very simple it looks. First you roast it, then you have to fry it, then blend it, add cream and yadda. yadda. Used the recipe here. Changed the chicken stock to vegetable stock instead though since cart is vegetarian.
This better be worth all the trouble.
